Shipping
We ship with multiple carriers, mainly DHL and PostNL. Orders placed on working days before 11:00 PM are shipped the next working day. You will receive a track-and-trace code as soon as your package is on its way.
Delivery takes place at the address you provide when ordering. Please check this address carefully; incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional costs.

Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your order to cancel your purchase.
Please contact us first at info@monsor.com before returning anything. Only send your package after we have confirmed your return and you have received the correct return address from us. This way, we know your return is on its way and can process it smoothly.
We can only accept products that are unused and returned in their original, undamaged condition and packaging.
If a product is returned that does not meet these conditions, for example an opened or used product, we cannot accept it as new. In that case, no or only a partial refund will be given, proportional to the depreciation. We will inform you of this. If you want to receive the product back, the shipping costs will be at your expense. If you do not respond within 14 days after our notification or do not pay the shipping costs, we may keep the product at your expense or destroy it after this period.
The costs for returning the product are at your own expense.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount, including the standard shipping costs of the outbound shipment, within 14 days via your original payment method.
