Shipping
We ship with multiple carriers, primarily DHL and PostNL. Orders placed on business days before 23:00 are shipped on the next business day. You will receive a tracking code as soon as your package is on its way.
Delivery will be made to the address you provide with your order. Check this address carefully; an incorrect or incomplete address may result in additional costs.

Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your order to cancel your purchase.
Please contact us first at info@monsor.com before returning anything. Only ship your package after we have confirmed your return and provided you with the correct return address. This lets us know that your return is on its way and allows us to process it promptly.
We can only accept products that are returned unused, in their original, undamaged condition and packaging.
If a product is returned that does not meet these requirements, for example an opened or used product, we cannot accept it as new. In that case, no refund or only a partial refund will be issued, in proportion to the reduction in value. We will inform you of this. If you want the product returned to you, you are responsible for the shipping costs. If you do not respond within 14 days of our notification or do not pay the shipping costs, we may store the product at your expense or have it destroyed after this period.
The cost of returning the product is your responsibility.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount, including the standard shipping costs for the original shipment, within 14 days via your original payment method.
