Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email. Use it to track your package all the way to your door.

At the moment, we ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France, Poland, Spain, and the United Kingdom. We do not yet offer worldwide shipping.

Email us as soon as possible at info@monsor.com with your order number and the correct address. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will update it. If the package is already on its way, we can no longer change the address.

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@monsor.com. As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it. If your order is already on its way, you can exercise your right of withdrawal.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to cancel it. Please contact us first at info@monsor.com before returning anything. Products can only be returned unused and in their original condition. You can read more about this on the Shipping and returns page.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue a refund within 14 days using your original payment method.

We do not run large-scale discount promotions. Every now and then, we offer a bundle that allows you to purchase multiple products at once.

The Monsor Wrinkle Releaser is a spray that smooths wrinkles from clothing in seconds, without ironing. Lightly spray, smooth the fabric, and let it dry. On the go, it refreshes your clothes and neutralizes odors.

Hold the sprayer approximately 30 cm from the fabric. Spray lightly and evenly over the wrinkles, gently smooth the fabric, and let it dry briefly. Then hang up the garment.

The Wrinkle Releaser works best on organic, natural fabrics such as cotton, linen, and wool. It is less effective on fabrics containing a lot of synthetic or plastic material because the formula has more difficulty penetrating the fibers. It is similar to spraying it on a jacket that does not let the formula through.

No, as long as you spray lightly and let the fabric dry before wearing it. The formula dries evenly.

Yes. The spray bottle works without aerosol or propellant. The 50 ml size complies with the rules for hand luggage under 100 ml. The 200 ml size should go in your checked baggage. Always check the current rules with your airline or destination country beforehand, as they may vary and change.

The 50 ml is the travel size for on the go and in your carry-on luggage. The 200 ml is the larger size for home and in your checked luggage. The formula is the same in both.

The formula consists of 99% natural ingredients. It is free from PFAS, microplastics, parabens, and silicones.

Yes. Monsor is vegan and cruelty-free. The formula is biodegradable.

In the Netherlands, powered by wind, water, and solar energy. The packaging is made of recycled and 100% recyclable plastic.

The formula has a shelf life of at least three years, even after you have opened the spray bottle. Store the spray bottle at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.
