Cancel order

You have 30 days to cancel your order. Please enter your details.

We will process your cancellation as quickly as possible and inform you immediately afterwards.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and refund the full amount.

If you have already been notified that your order has been shipped but still wish to withdraw, please return the items within 14 days of your notification to the address provided in that email, unused and unopened. This way, we can refund the full amount. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
