Has your order not yet been shipped? Then we will cancel it and refund the full amount.

Have you already received notification that your order has been shipped but still want to withdraw? Please return the items within 14 days of your notification to the address in that email, unused and unopened. This way, we can refund the full amount. The return shipping costs are your responsibility.
