Shipping
We ship with multiple carriers, primarily DHL and PostNL. Orders placed on business days before 23:00 are shipped the next business day. You will receive a tracking code as soon as your package is on its way.
Delivery will be made to the address you provide with your order. Please check this address carefully; an incorrect or incomplete address may result in additional costs.

Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase.
Please contact us first at info@monsor.com before returning anything. Only send your package after we have confirmed your return and provided you with the correct return address. This way, we know your return is on its way and can process it promptly.
We can only accept products that are returned unused, in their original, undamaged condition and packaging.
If a returned product does not meet these requirements—for example, if it has been opened or used—we cannot accept it as new. In that case, there will be no refund or only a partial refund, proportionate to the reduction in value. We will notify you of this. If you want the product returned to you, you are responsible for the shipping costs. If you do not respond within 14 days of our notification or fail to pay the shipping costs, we may store the product at your expense or have it destroyed after this period.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase price, including the standard shipping costs for the original shipment, within 14 days via your original payment method.
